FAQ

1. Do I have to clean up after my session?

Yes. Photographers are responsible for cleaning up their space after a session. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Seasonal styled sets are pre-styled and cleaned by staff, but minimal tidy up is still expected.

2. Can I feed the animals?

No. Please do not feed the animals on the property.

3. Is smoking, vaping, or alcohol allowed?

No. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not allowed. Champagne pops or toasts are allowed only by request.

4. Where can I park?

Parking locations vary by set. Specific directions will be provided upon booking. Please watch for children and animals while entering the property.

5. Will my photos be used by Project Ten Fifteen?

Yes! We love promoting photographers’ work. If you do not want your images shared, please notify us before your session.

6. Can non-photographers book the venue?

Currently, the venue is for photographers and videographers only. Any public access or bring your own camera “BYOC” events will be announced on our website and social media.

7. How many hours should I book?

Include setup and teardown in your booking time. Seasonal sessions with provided pre-styled sets typically require minimal setup. For property or greenhouse sessions, allow extra time as needed. All sessions must end at your booked time.

8. Is the property wheelchair accessible?

The greenhouse is level and accessible. At this time, our Farmhouse studio is not wheelchair accessible. Other areas outdoors are uneven farmland, so plan accordingly for mobility needs.

9. Are there restrooms?

No public restrooms are available at this time.

10. Are animals allowed on the property?

No outside animals are allowed due to free-range farm animals.

11. Are changing rooms available?

No changing rooms are currently on-site.

12. Can I use food items, messy props, or sticky items?

Yes, but all items must be pre-approved. Photographers are responsible for fully cleaning up after use to prevent ants, staining, or damage.

  • Glitter is not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • Confetti is allowed only inside the farmhouse studio and greenhouse. Confetti is not permitted outdoors anywhere on the property due to animals and littering concerns.

  • Food items (including cake smashes and sticky snacks such as candy canes) must be cleaned up thoroughly to prevent ants or damage.

  • A broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided; however, surfaces must be wiped down, and mopping may be required for spills.

  • If messy or sticky items are planned, please notify us in advance so we can prepare and assist if needed.

Failure to properly clean up may result in additional cleaning fees

13. What if my shoot is cancelled due to weather?

As an outdoor venue, weather can impact sessions. When possible, sessions will be moved to the greenhouse or farmhouse studio. If that is not possible due to scheduling, we will coordinate a reschedule or issue a full refund. (please note: some seasonal styled sets are non-refundable).
