Client Liability Waiver & Release Agreement

All guests should write their full name in the spaces provided.

Email the completed copy to projecttenfifteen@gmail.com or give a printed copy to the staff member on site, prior to the start of your session.

This waiver is valid for one (1) year from the date signed.

I, _____________________________________, acknowledge that I am entering and using Project Ten Fifteen, LLC (“the venue”) as a guest and/or client of a third-party photographer. I understand that the venue is a private property and a working farm used for photography sessions.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that my presence at the venue involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Uneven or unstable ground and natural terrain

  • Exposure to outdoor elements (heat, cold, insects, weather)

  • Interaction with animals and farm environments

  • Use of props, sets, structures, and equipment

  • Water features, fences, and other hazards

I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with entering and using the property.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Project Ten Fifteen, LLC, its owners (Luke Rogers, Megan Rogers, Jess Rogers, Rachel Rogers, Jerry Rogers, Marla Rogers), employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to my presence at the Venue, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia.

THIRD-PARTY PHOTOGRAPHER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I understand that the photographer I am working with is an independent party and is not an employee, agent, or representative of Project Ten Fifteen, LLC. The Venue is not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of any photographer or vendor.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS & MINORS

I accept full responsibility for myself and any individuals accompanying me, including minors.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to these terms on their behalf.

INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Ten Fifteen, LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or legal actions brought by myself or any third party related to my actions or the actions of those in my party while on the property.

RULES & SAFETY

I agree to follow all posted rules and any instructions given by Venue staff. I understand that unsafe behavior may result in removal from the property.

BINDING AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this agreement and that it is legally binding. I sign it voluntarily.
